What research are you interested in or doing? I am interested in reducing the clinical burden of antibiotic resistance by studying mining electronic health record data from UPMC. Can we determine superiority of alternative antibiotic treatments from observational data alone?

Previous education and training? B.S. in Biochemistry and Biology, University of Akron

Hobbies: Sport climbing and bouldering (in Southwest PA and West Virginia) and going on long runs and walks with my wife!
What I like about Pittsburgh? The size of the city, the distinct character of each neighborhood, and the cheap cost of living.
